While our guarantee doesn’t include cleaning services, rest assured, we’ll take care of your precious piece when you need us most—just as it takes care of you.

Our repair service is designed to help you restore your favorite pieces, ensuring they continue to accompany you through all of life’s moments, handed down through the generations.

• If your jewelry is still within its one-year warranty and the damage wasn't caused by improper use, repair service and shipping costs (only within the EU) are free of charge.

• For any repairs outside of these conditions, our services range from 18€ to 100€, depending on the specific case. Shipping costs are not included.

To start a repair request, please email us a photo and description of the damage to info@ainatermens.com. We will make the final decision whether the damage is not caused by misuse, so that we can repair it free of charge. Otherwise, you will be offered the option to proceed with the paid repair.

There's nothing quite like the feeling of wearing something that's truly yours. Our custom engraving service allows you to create a piece of jewelry that reflects your unique personality and style. Whether it's a secret message, a special date, or a meaningful symbol, we can bring your vision to life.

Share your vision with us by emailing info@ainatermens.com. The more details, pictures, and measurements you provide, the better. We'll review your request and let you know if it fits our style. If it does, we'll send you a design and a budget for free.

We reserve the right to decline to provide a sketch and a budget.

If the design fits you, you should pay 50% to start production. It takes about 4-6 weeks, and once it begins, we can't make any changes or cancel your order. Please note that made-to-order items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
